About Anand S Pillay
At the outset, I would like to inform you that I am a Civil Engineering professional with an Architectural background and have rich experience of 27 years in the segment, I have worked over a broad spectrum of projects ranging from Green field works, Architectural planning, Structural designing, turnkey construction.
Over the last 15 years, our Country started an initiative to increase the steel consumption per capita from 40kg/annum to 300kg/ capita/annum in the West its 350kg/capita /annum, having worked with TATA group, Everest Group, the rich experience was gathered & equal contribution was offered to these esteemed groups & initiative was taken to move the conventional construction methodology to a much better Green Building concept, had worked on senior management level positions & relentless working had supported me earn a name in the progressing Steel industry in our Country have pioneered in the Steel building segment since last 18 years, have completed many projects: to name a few: A five-star property in Goa ( Novotel hotel – Candolim), War Memorial at Rezangla ( For Indian Army ), at an altitude of 17000ft Ladakh region, Similar war Memorial at Gulmarg, Housing Colony for Odisha Power Generation Corporation, many health care projects, Shiv Nadar School Faridabad.
